The National Grocers Association (NGA) has formed an alliance with The Coca-Cola Co. and RetailNet Group (RNG) to provide its members with access to a customized retail marketplace intelligence platform.
Supported by Coca-Cola and powered by RNG’s proprietary database, the alliance will enable NGA members to have access to:
- 212,000 photos covering all retail channels
- A weekly newsletter featuring in-store trends and analysis of the grocery industry
- Quarterly insights and a trends webinar series
- RNG reports, including retail store news and rankings
"Innovation, nimbleness and strong customer service are key areas of differentiation for the independent supermarket channel," said Peter Larkin, president and CEO of Arlington, Va.-based NGA. "The Coca-Cola Co. and RNG partnership will greatly enhance the ability of NGA member retailers and wholesalers to compete at the next level by providing access to the latest in global retail format innovation and marketplace trends, across all channels -- with only a few clicks."
The multiyear partnership allows NGA members to gain access to RNG’s insights beginning March 1, and dates, times and topics for upcoming webinars will be announced soon.
