Pero Family Farms Food Co. LLC has launched the "Family Grown in the USA" campaign spotlighting its Mini Sweet Peppers, with the aim of further engaging customers.
The campaign consists of a dedicated website for Mini Sweet Peppers, promoting the "Family Grown in the USA" theme and providing recipes, coupons and links to Pero Family Farms' main site. Additionally, the Mini Sweet Peppers site links promotions across several popular social media platforms.
"This campaign grew out of our sincere desire to thank our retail customers and loyal consumers that purchase our products," explained Peter F. Pero IV, CEO and chairman of Delray Beach, Fla.-based Pero Family Farms. "There's also an opportunity for consumers to opt in and get a Mini Sweet Peppers coupon for their next purchase."
"Pero Mini Sweet Peppers are a great vegetable to throw on the grill, even before the meat goes on, which can offer a healthy snack for the grillmaster or a simple side for your hamburger or steak, especially during the summer grilling months," said Chief Strategy Officer Nick Bergstrom.
According to the grower, Mini Sweet Peppers' flavor, vivid colors, and nutritional benefits are driving demand for increased acreage each year. The peppers are available year-round.
