The Shopper Technology Institute’s third annual LEAD Marketing Conference -- which focuses on loyalty, analytics, engagement, and digital applications – will be held Sept. 19-21 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel and Conference Center in Rosemont (Chicago), Ill.
The conference is geared to consumer packaged goods (CPG) and consumer goods companies, as well as retailers in all channels: supermarket, drug, dollar store, mass and discount, convenience, and specialty.
The educational agenda will consist of general sessions, two tracks (one for Loyalty and Analytics and the other for Engagement and Digital), and table-top exhibits. Networking receptions and dinners will provide opportunities for retailers, manufacturers, and vendors to connect with each other. The third annual LEADER awards, sponsored by IBM, will be presented as part of the conference.
