AG New England Supplying Crosby's Markets' Stores
PEMBROKE, N.H. -- Manchester, Mass.-based Crosby's Markets, Inc. has made Associated Grocers of New England, Inc. the primary supplier for all six of the operator's supermarkets. AG New England already supplies Crosby's Hamilton, Mass. location.
The additional Crosby's Marketplace stores are in Marblehead, Manchester-by-the-Sea, Georgetown, Concord, and Salem, Mass.
According to AG New England president and c.e.o. Michael Bourgoine: "The Crosbys operate excellent stores, and they are an outstanding example of the impact independent retailers continue to have. They are actively involved in their local communities and care a great deal about their customers and employees."
With the additional Crosby's stores, retail sales of all AG New England-supplied retailers in Massachusetts will surpass $200 million, giving the cooperative wholesaler a substantial market position in the state, according to the distributor.
AG New England supplies almost 500 independent supermarkets and convenience retail stores across New England and into the upstate New York/Albany area.
