    al fresco Stars in ‘Everything Better’ Ads

    Sausage brand aims to raise awareness through first-ever TV spots

    al fresco All Natural, the top chicken sausage brand in the United States, has launched its inaugural broadcast advertising campaign. The “everything better” campaign, produced by Boston-based advertising agency Connelly Partners aims to elevate awareness and purchase consideration through 30- and 15-second TV spots airing in the Sacramento, Calif.; Albany, N.Y.; and Portland, Ore., markets.

    The ads feature sometimes sticky situations, such as going on a blind date or dealing with a toddler, that amusingly depict al fresco’s versatility and flavor. Connelly executive creative director Alyssa Toro, art director Carissa DiCenzo and senior copywriter Natasha O’Rourke led the campaign’s creative development.

    “When you eat something truly delicious, not to mention healthy, you feel better, you smile more, and you’re in a better mood,” said Connelly president and CEO Steve Connelly. “These spots portray the benefits of healthy eating in a fun, dynamic light.”

    “These ads embody the personality of our brand,” added Sarah Crowley, senior brand manager of al fresco, a brand of Chelsea, Mass.-based Kayem Foods Inc., the largest meat processor in New England. “[We] couldn’t be happier with the balance between product positioning and entertainment value.”
