It's time for meat industry trading partners to make plans to attend the Annual Meat Conference, a complete meat industry program focused on improving sales and profitability.
The conference, set for Feb. 20-22, 2011 at the Hyatt Regency, Dallas, Texas, will address consumer trends, marketing and merchandising, technology, human resources and meat department profitability.
As the premier meat marketing and operations educational program, it is designed to bring every segment of the retail meat and poultry industries together.
The event is co-sponsored by the Food Marketing Institute and the American Meat Institute in conjunction with the American Lamb Board, the National Cattlemen's Beef Association, the National Chicken Council, the National Pork Board and the National Turkey Federation.
