Walshe (right), who joined AnswerLab as a director of research in 2011, will lead the research, operations and human resources functions to ensure the company fulfills clients’ expectations and attracts and retains industry talent. Her previous positions include VP of user experience research at Wells Fargo; and she held usability research posts at Charles Schwab and Spring Studios.

He joined AnswerLab in 2007 in San Francisco and in 2012 moved to New York City to establish the company’s east coast practice. Prior to AnswerLab, Chang managed market research and consumer insights for home builder Lennar Homes, and led consulting engagements at Deloitte and Pulte Homes.
“AnswerLab and our clients are fortunate to have Pamela and Danaus leading the charge as we continuously work to deliver gold-standard service and customer experience insights,” added Buckner Chowdhry. “They both bring a deep understanding of a range of research disciplines, can anticipate our clients’ needs, and have an incredible ability to match the right solutions to our clients’ digital business challenges.”
