Crispy Green has focused on a small corner of the snacking market by developing a line of freeze-dried fruits under the Crispy banner that includes apples, apricots and peaches. Now the Fairfield, N.J.-based company has augmented the assortment with Crispy Bananas, freeze-dried fruit slices containing a single ingredient -- bananas -- and retaining the flavor and sweetness of the fresh fruit.
