Renee Barch-Niles has been named president and GM of Emilia Personal Care Inc. and will be responsible for the marketing, sales, supply-chain and financial results for all North American operations of the Columbus, Ohio-based company.

"Her proven success in business-to-business strategies and her understanding of critical sales and marketing issues facing Emilia Personal Care and the retail industry make her uniquely qualified to lead Emilia's growth initiatives."
A past Progressive Grocer Top Women in Grocery recipient, Barch-Niles joins Emilia Personal Care at a time of rapid company growth following more than 16 years of sales, marketing and operations experience in the consumer goods/retail industry. During her eight years with Daymon Worldwide, Barch-Niles most recently served as a VP in a retail operations role, where she was responsible for sales, marketing, analytics, account P&L and execution of private brand strategy. Prior to that, she was VP of global business development, where she led a team dedicated to private brand business growth focused on category management, innovation and relationship expansion.
Earlier in her career, Barch-Niles held a series of marketing, sales and strategy positions, including senior director of marketing and brand development for GT Entertainment, a leading direct-to-consumer marketing company, with a focus upon building its health and beauty brand portfolio.
