Beech-Nut Re-ups with Upromise

DEDHAM, Mass. -- On the occasion of its fifth anniversary, Upromise, Inc. here said that Beech-Nut, a partner since 2003, has extended its partnership with the national program for three years. Additionally, Upromise continues to add new partners: On May 31 Hefty OneZip will join the program.

Launched in April 2001, Upromise is the country's largest private source of college aid. Membership is free and allows families to automatically save money for college while making everyday purchases of products and services at over 23,000 grocery and drug stores, 14,000 gas stations, and 8,000 restaurants, in addition to thousands of retail stores and more than 550 online shopping sites.
