    Belle Foods Selects Customer Engagement Platform

    Accelitec WalletBuilder designed to improve, simplify shopping experience

    Belle Foods LLC has chosen WalletBuilder platform from cloud-based customer engagement management software company Accelitec Inc. to support the family-owned Southeast regional food retailer’s customer engagement management program at its 57 store locations. WalletBuilder aims to help retailers improve customer retention and store profitability.

    Describing the selection as “a very important investment for our company,” Bill White, CEO of Birmingham, Ala.-based Belle Foods, said: “Accelitec’s WalletBuilder is innovative, integrates to IBM ACE, is technically sound, and is a platform we can leverage immediately as well as in the future.”
