Bottom Dollar to Hire 800 in PA, OH

Discount grocer Bottom Dollar Food plans to hire more than 800 associates over the next several months to begin to prepare for store openings next year.

Bottom Dollar is recruiting for a variety of full-time and part-time positions, including sales associates, customer service associates, grocery and fresh department positions, among many others. Bottom Dollar expects to open 14 stores in early 2012 – 11 in western Pennsylvania and three in Youngstown, Ohio.
Since opening its first story in September 2005, Salisbury, N.C.-based Bottom Dollar Food has grown to 52 stores in North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
