Bristol Farms Promotes Chuck Eallonardo to CFO

Regional independent Bristol Farms has promoted current long-time controller and senior finance director Chuck Eallonardo to the position of VP of finance and CFO.

Eallonardo, who will continue to report to President and CEO Kevin Davis, has been with the company for 11 years, and recently helped take the company private in a management-led buyout with equity partner Endeavour Capital.

“It’s an exciting time for Bristol Farms” Eallonardo said. “With the economy continuing to improve, and people spending again, we’re well positioned to take the company to a new level.”

Prior to joining Bristol Farms, Eallonardo was regional controller, Midwestern U.S. for Elixir Industries, a Mission Viejo, Calif.-based manufacturer of aluminum and plastic products.

Bristol Farms operates 14 specialty grocery stores throughout California, and was previously a wholly-owned subsidiary of Supervalu prior to its recent purchase of the company in October, 2010.
