Central Market has a new program in place that it said offers options to shoppers who want easy-to-prepare gourmet meals at competitive prices.
The gourmet grocer's Dallas store is home to the program, an international food and recipe station that provides home chefs with everything they need to prepare all kinds of authentic, exotic dishes in minutes.
Customers choose from a rotating recipe selection, with suggestions from Italian to Thai, and then grab a color-coded kit packaged with everything needed to prepare the meal. Most meals average $6 or less per person and take 20 minutes to prepare.
