ChefTec Educational Road Show Begins

Foodservice software vendor Culinary Software Services, Inc., today kicked off its ChefTec Road Show -- a series of user workshops designed to offer intensive, detailed and customized training on ChefTec software, which provides back-office functionality, including inventory control, recipe and menu costing, and ordering.

Today’s event is being held in Phoenix, with five more following this summer at locations throughout the country.

“Culinary Software Services already offers clients implementation and training services,” explains Bryan Counts, special projects manager for the Boulder, Colo.-based vendor. “These services cost thousands of dollars and involve a training specialist working one-on-one with a client and their staff. On the other end of the spectrum, we offer one-hour e-Learning classes that cost under $100 and can cover the basics for a given topic. The Road Show offers our customers something in between these two, something with more detail and specificity than the e-Learning classes can offer, while still being more affordable than the on-site training packages. We want our customers to succeed, and we are excited to partner with them as they take their use of ChefTec to the next level.”

Registration for the ChefTec Road Show workshops is $500, and the events are scheduled for the following dates and locations:
July 7: Phoenix
July 14: Washington, D.C.
Aug. 6: Atlanta
Aug. 11: Boston
Aug. 18: Philadelphia
Aug. 25: Chicago
