    C.V.'s Family Foods to Boost Shoppers' Online Experience

    The retailer will be the first to use a new solution created through a partnership of Grocery Shopping Network and Market Basket Rewards.

    C.V.'s Family Foods said it plans to enhance its online presence by adding dynamic tools and content, including options for meal planning.

    The Paris, Ark.-based retailer will work with Grocery Shopping Network and Market Basket Rewards to develop clickable ads, coupons, recipes, videos, and eventually personalization for all C.V.'s locations.

    "The initiative with MBR, GSN, and C.V.'s grocery stores will give our customers something that no one else can offer in our market areas," said C.V. spokesperson Chuck Combs. "The customer really enjoys rewards and low prices, which is something we all bring when working together for them."

    C.V.'s is the first GSN retail partner to use the vendor's loyalty card program that is supplied by Market Basket Rewards. The retailer currently offers consumers the opportunity to redeem loyalty rewards on its Web site with MBR. With the revamped Web site, in addition to having the opportunity to earn rewards, C.V.'s shoppers will be able to access personalized savings all the way down to unadvertised specials.

    C.V.'s  operates 34 locations throughout Northwest Arkansas.
