The world's largest private label broker said the new suite of solutions will enable retailers across the country to demonstrate the source, quality, and safety of their private label goods, which would open new marketing opportunities and increasing consumer confidence.

Daymon will offer TraceTracker's "Global Traceability Network" (GTNet), a Web-based platform with a suite of solutions that enhance the value of consumer products while stimulating consumer dialog. By subscribing to the service, private label retailers and manufacturers can exchange critical information across whole value chains and effectively create a "product passport" that traces every stage of production, processing and distribution from source to shelf, Daymon said.

The traceability program is the latest addition to Daymon portfolio of services, which also includes product sourcing, category development, package design, demos, mystery shopping, marketing, and consumer insights,

"TraceTracker allows us to offer an innovative and truly integrated traceability solution for our retail and suppler partners, that meets both consumer and regulatory needs," says Alex Miller, President of Stamford, CT-based Daymon Worldwide. "Our interest in TraceTracker reflects the industry's growing demands for product traceability."
