Reese's Signs On as Official Sponsor of ESPN College Football

The Hershey Co.'s Reese's brand has teamed up with ESPN to become an official sponsor of the new College Football Playoff (CFP), ESPN College GameDay and ESPN College Football.

As part of the multi-year partnership, Reese's will retain promotional rights to use ESPN trademarks in its advertising, on-pack and point-of-sale displays, and will also host an on-site activation at the inaugural College Football Playoff National Championship in Arlington, Texas, on Jan. 12, 2015.

Further, Reese's and ESPN will offer football fans custom-branded content during ESPN College GameDay telecasts, beginning in the 2015-16 season.

“With the new College Football Playoff upon us, this gives the Reese’s brand an expanded and exciting opportunity to continue our leadership within intercollegiate athletics and brings the perfect combination of chocolate and peanut butter to college football fans nationwide," said Jennifer Podhajsky, VP, US Chocolate for The Hershey Co.

The partnership with ESPN continues the brand's presence in intercollegiate athletics, with other efforts including a sponsorship with the NCAA.
