Grow Your Future at IDDBA 17

Annual show puts spotlight on latest products, innovative merchandising

    It’s back!

Registration and housing is now open for the International Dairy Deli Bakery Association’s (IDDBA) 53rd annual event, IDDBA 17, to be held at California’s Anaheim Convention Center, June 4-6.

IDDBA 17 brings together today’s leaders with tomorrow’s innovators to all grow the future of their business. This once-a-year event targets serious buyers, merchandisers and executives, all of whom share an appreciation and passion for food and the industry.

The annual show also features a lineup of keynote speakers from across the spectrum of talent and expertise. This year, the lineup is led by Arnold Schwarzenegger, film star and California’s 38th governor. Also on tap are actor and comedian Jim Belushi; Doug Rauch, former president of retailer Trader Joe’s; and a host of industry insiders who will offer insight into the business and current trends.

At the event, attendees can step into an interactive marketplace of merchandising ideas, retailing concepts and new products in Show and Sell; observe the evolution from cake to work of art during the Cake Decorating Challenge; get a first look at products that have just hit the shelves, in the New Product Showcase; and take advantage of the opportunity to network and build relationships on the show floor with 700-plus exhibiting companies.

New this year is the Expert Neighborhood, where attendees can meet one-on-one with experts to discuss questions, industry challenges and business problems.

Additionally, Harold Lloyd Presents and IDDBA are hosting the second annual Professional Deli/Bakery Manager Leadership Forum, a professional-development opportunity for top deli and bakery managers to learn and meet other industry leaders.

Madison, Wis.-based IDDBA is a nonprofit membership organization serving the dairy, deli, bakery, cheese and supermarket foodservice industries.
