Rich’s Della Suprema Flatbread Pizzas

Rich Products Corp., based in Buffalo, N.Y., is tapping into the popularity of take-and-bake pizzas and flatbreads with the launch of Della Suprema Flatbread Pizzas. The item comes in three varieties:

• Spicy Chicken Sausage, a thin, crisp flatbread with arabbiata sauce, crumbles of spicy chicken sausage, roasted red and green peppers, caramelized onion, and garlic, and topped with mozzarella, Parmesan and Asiago cheeses.
• Spinach & Mushroom, featuring lemon béchamel sauce topped with roasted mushrooms, chopped spinach, mozzarella and Asiago.
• Tuscan Chicken, made with lemon béchamel sauce, diced chicken breast, garlic, caramelized onion, chopped spinach, roasted mushrooms, basil, pepper flakes, and topped with provolone, Parmesan and Romano.
