Superior Grocers Installs In-Store DMV Kiosks

Southern California chain Superior Grocers has partnered with the California Department of Motor Vehicles to offer convenient DMV services at 10 of its locations.

DMV Self-Service kiosk terminals have been installed and are now available at Superior Grocers locations in Los Angeles, Lynwood, Cudahy, El Monte, Baldwin Park and other locations.

“We are very excited to launch this new partnership with the Department of Motor Vehicles,” said Mimi Song, chairman and CEO of Superior Grocers. “Our customers are always looking for convenience and added value, and Superior Grocers is always looking for ways to improve our customers’ shopping experience.”

Superior Grocers will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the installation of the DMV kiosks at 10 a.m. on Aug. 3 at the Lynwood location on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

Based in Santa Fe Springs, Calif., Superior Grocers is an independent grocer that operates 45 stores.
