The Food Emporium Launches Same-Day Delivery Service in New York City
Montvale, N.J. – The Food Emporium, a division of A&P, last week launched a same day delivery service covering most of Manhattan that includes products from its produce and
floral, meat, seafood, deli and bakery, catering, grocery, and GM/HBC departments.
Orders placed online are selected and carefully packed by The Food Emporium personal shoppers, who are trained to follow UDSA guidelines and the HACCP food safety system in all fresh storage and production rooms. Frozen items are cradled in dry ice to maintain total integrity, and other items are separated by temperature requirements and category or product.
The same day delivery service is available seven days a week during days and evenings, and deliveries can be made to both residences and offices.
