Kellogg Announces Executive Promotions

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. - Kellogg Company on Tuesday announced a series of moves aimed at strengthening its executive management team.

John A. Bryant, 38, has been named president, Kellogg International, which includes the company's operations in Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific. He will report to David A. Mackay, Kellogg Company's president and c.o.o., and will remain a member of the company's executive management committee. Bryant has spent the last three years as the company's c.f.o.

Succeeding Bryant as c.f.o. will be Jeffrey M. Boromisa, 49. Boromisa is a 23-year Kellogg veteran who for the past several years has served as the company's corporate controller and c.f.o. of Kellogg International. As c.f.o., he will report to Carlos M. Gutierrez, Kellogg’s chairman and c.e.o., and serve as a member of Kellogg's Executive Management Committee.

Jeffrey W. Montie, 42, has been promoted to president, Kellogg North America, with responsibility for each of the North American business units: U.S. Morning Foods, U.S. Snacks, U.S. Natural & Frozen Foods, U.S. Club, U.S. Food Away From Home, and Kellogg Canada. He will continue to report to Mackay, and he will be a member of Kellogg's Executive Management Committee.

For the past four years, Montie has served as president, U.S. Morning Foods and, more recently, president, Morning Foods North America.
