NRA Show Addresses Future of Foodservice

The 2017 National Restaurant Association (NRA) show, taking place May 20-23 at Chicago’s McCormick Place, offered retailers, suppliers and manufacturers the chance to swap insights and do business. Among the show’s attractions was the second annual Foodservice @ Retail Summit, a program for supermarket and convenience store operators interested in expanding and improving their prepared food offerings.
