Save time and labor costs with Alto-Shaam’s CTPROformance™ Combitherm® oven. The combi oven contains features such as CombiClean PLUS™, an automatic grease collection system and PROpower™ technology, all designed to help operators cut back on labor costs and ensure employee safety.

The CombiClean PLUS™ self-cleaning feature can operate overnight so the oven can be used during the day. The feature offers five automatic cleaning cycle options and also helps with safety as employees won’t need to reach into hot oven cavities to clean. Safety is increased when using the combi oven’s automatic grease collection system, which allows for safe collection and disposal of hot grease. The combi’s PROpower™ technology allows for accelerated food production. This turbo boost of heat allows for production that is 20% faster than other combi ovens and 80% faster than convection technology. With higher production comes less labor.
