Golden Island Sriracha Pork Jerky
Latest addition to company's small batch jerky offerings
California-based Golden Island Jerky has unveiled a new Sriracha pork variety in its line of handcrafted, small-batch beef and pork jerky offerings.
Like the company's other pork jerky varieties Grilled Barbecue and Korean Barbecue, along with Chili Lime Beef and Kung Pao Beef, the new offering is made in small batches with a proprietary process designed to "maximize its deep, savory flavors and moist texture."
All are gluten-free and contain no added nitrites, and are available at Costco Wholesale, World Market and Ralphs Supermarkets starting this month. The SRP range is $6.49 - $6.99.
