New “next-gen” Green Giant products from Parsippany, N.J.-based B&G Foods Inc. are two additions to its Cauliflower Crumbles line – Cauliflower Crumbles "Fried Rice Blend" and Sweet Potato Cauliflower Crumbles – and Sweet Potato Noodles. The Cauliflower Crumbles additions can be prepared in a variety of ways and used in countless dishes, and stay fresher and whiter longer than comparable offerings. They are made from all-natural vegetables, GMO-free, gluten-free and paleo-friendly. Meanwhile, the Sweet Potato Noodles, said to be a nutritious replacement for pasta or starchy white potatoes, can be used in everything from cold salads to hot entrees and have a 14-plus-day shelf life.
