The New Primal, Charleston, S.C., has introduced its Snack Mates meat snacks for kids. Containing six grams of protein per serving, the new snacks are easy to chew and have a mild flavor suitable for young palates. The snacks, each of which is 0.5 ounces and comes in easy-open packaging, sell in five-pack bags and come in Classic Beef (made with pasture-raised, grass-fed and -finished beef) and Classic Turkey (made with free-range turkey). They are non-GMO, Paleo-Certified and free from GMOs, hormones, antibiotics, gluten and soy. SRP is $5.99 per five-pack bags.
