Hy-Vee Promoting Holiday Dinner Packs; Readies Deals for Black Friday Shoppers
In a bid to help its customers overcome the hassle of shopping for and preparing holiday meals, Hy-Vee is promoting four value-and convenience-oriented Kitchen Holiday Dinner Packs. The West Des Moines-based grocer is also gearing up for the official start of holiday shopping on Black Friday with a variety of hot deals beginning at 6:00 a.m., Friday, Nov. 27.
Hy-Vee’s holiday dinner pack options include:
--Traditional Turkey Dinner: 10- to 12-pound Butterball turkey, plus up to three family-size side dishes or pies, for $59.95; serves eight for $7.49 per person
--Traditional Boneless Ham Dinner: 5-pound Farmland round ham, plus up to three family-size side dishes or pies, for $59.95; serves eight for $7.49 per person
--Boneless Turkey Breast Dinner: 2-pound Jennie-O turkey breast, plus up to two dinner-size side dishes or half-portion pies, for $34.95; serves four for $8.74 per person
--Oven-Roasted Prime Rib Dinner: 5-pound Hormel Prime Rib, plus up to three family-size side dishes or pies, for $89.95; serves eight for $11.25 per person
Each dinner comes with Hy-Vee signature gravy and dinner rolls, and offers a choice of such side dishes and desserts as Country Mashed Potatoes, Onion-Topped Green Bean Casserole, Cheesy Macaroni and Cheese, Homestyle Sage Bread Dressing,Old-Fashioned Sweet Potato Casserole, 16-ounce Sweet Cranberry Relish, Bakery Fresh 10-inch Hy-Vee Homestyle Pumpkin Pie, Bakery Fresh 10-inch Hy-Vee Homestyle Cherry Pie, and Bakery Fresh 10-inch Hy-Vee Homestyle Apple Pie
