California-based Ready Pac Foods has welcomed Kale – the ever-popular Superfood – into its product line with the release of Ready Pac Baby Kale European Salad Blend.  According to the IDDBA's 2013 "What's In Store" report, 78 percent of consumers said nutrient-dense foods like kale have a meaningful impact on their health and 76 percent said health benefits are the reason to eat them more often. Baby Kale European Salad is currently available at Albertsons stores.
