Click and Collect Comes of Age

Food retailers of all sizes are increasingly experimenting with  click-and-collect programs, in which customers select the items they want from an online store, then conveniently pick up their order at a designated location at the physical store, where a staff member loads a customer's order directly into their car. As such, click-and-collect grocery programs is the subject of Progressive Grocer’s latest poll, which aims to take the pulse of the rate of adoption and implementation of one of the most important strategic decisions for grocers today.
