Hawaiian Indie Streamlines Financial Processes

Hilo, Hawaii-based KTA Super Stores has finalized upgrading its Symphony EYC G.O.L.D. solution with two modules that serve as the first step in the grocer’s incorporation of the latest enhanced version of Symphony’s Merchandise Management system, which will be implemented across all of KTA's island stores.

The new capabilities include direct store delivery and invoice reconciliation. “The addition of direct store delivery and invoice reconciliation helps KTA both expand its options for customer shopping and streamline its financial processes,” said Lon Taniguchi, VP, information systems at KTA. “Looking forward, KTA anticipates that the rollout of the latest Symphony EYC Merchandise Management and Master Data Management solution across all six grocery stores will make us the grocery of choice for the island of Hawaii.”
