Niemann Foods Expands Online Shopping; Adds Delivery

Niemann Foods is expanding its online shopping platform to its two County Market locations in Quincy, Ill., this fall. The County Market Click & Go, powered by Rosie, also is launching delivery service in all stores currently offering e-commerce capabilities, including locations in Charleston and Mattoon, Ill.

“This next step in our eCommerce experience brings the service to thousands of people so they’re able to shop when they want, where they want,” said Nathaniel Jones, electronic marketing manager for Niemann Foods.

County Market Click & Go powered by Rosie e-commerce platform allows customers to not only shop online but also create shopping lists, place repeat orders with a single click and add notes about products. The service also allows others outside of the County Market trading area to place orders on behalf of someone else. So parents can order supplies for their college students or children can place grocery orders for their elderly parents. All in-store discounts are applied to online orders, but other item prices can vary.

The employee-owned Niemann Foods' County Market has 50 locations throughout Illinois, Missouri and Indiana.
