Duncan Hines, a brand of Mountain Lakes, N.J.-based Pinnacle Foods Group LLC served for the second time as the official dessert sponsor of the Primetime Emmy Awards Governors Ball and Creative Arts Awards Ball. This year’s star-spangled events took place Sept. 18 and featured exclusively created desserts and table favors from Duncan Hines. The truffle cake pop trio, presented in a keepsake box, was additionally enjoyed at the Performers Nominee Reception. Duncan Hines is providing the recipes to fans who wish to try the rich creation at home.
“We’re encouraging passionate bakers to ‘Bake On!’ and celebrate national primetime programming by baking our exclusive Emmy Awards recipes and other innovative and delicious recipes, found on our website,” said Sally Brophy, Pinnacle Foods VP of marketing.
The Duncan Hines recipes served to the stars at the primetime television events were created exclusively for the brand by Team U.S.A.’s World Cup Pastry Team and were baked by New York-based Patina Restaurant Group for the occasions.
