Dunnhumby Promotes 6 to VP

DunnhumbyUSA has promoted six of its executives to vice president: Sean Hannon, Brian Higdon and Dawn Valandingham, client leadership; Megan Moglia and Susan Visconte, client solutions; and Dawn Shirley, communications and media.

Hannon is responsible for leading Dunnhumby’s engagement with alcoholic beverage and health & beauty care manufacturers. Holding a variety of client-facing positions during his tenure at Dunnhumby, Hannon helped to create and shape Dunnhumby’s Tesco manufacturer practice in Ireland, as well as develop and commercialize Dunnhumby’s consumer packaged goods trade strategy and shopper optimization capability in the United States.

Higdon is responsible for driving strategic engagement with grocery and beverage manufacturers. Higdon has been with Dunnhumby for more than five years and has contributed to the organizational evolution and growth of the manufacturer practice, as well as supported the development, piloting and launch of dunnhumby’s customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.

Valandingham is responsible for building key relationships across departments and categories for The Kroger Co. Previously director for client leadership, Valandingham has held a variety of leadership roles, all focused on delivering value for The Kroger Co. business.

Moglia is responsible for the innovation roadmap and the evolution of customer tools that guide price and promotion investments and working with retailers to launch those strategies. Prior to her current role, Moglia served as director for client solutions, playing an integral role in the design and development of price optimization programs.

Visconte is responsible for leading a team that works with Dunnhumby’s alcoholic beverage and health & beauty care clients to identify obstacles and deliver solutions that drive profit by forming strong relationships with customers. Previously director for client solutions, Visconte developed solutions to enhance clients’ business opportunities.

Shirley is responsible for developing client engagement strategies for dunnhumby’s consumer packaged goods clients. Shirley has been with dunnhumby for more than eight years and has contributed to overall business development within the grocery industry.

Cincinnati-based DunnhumbyUSA is a joint venture of The Kroger Co. and London-based customer science company Dunnhumby.
