DunnhumbyUSA has been named a 2012 Great Place to Work in the U.S. by the Great Place to Work Institute Inc., in conjunction with Fortune Magazine. dunnhumbyUSA was ranked 17th out of 25 recognized companies in the category of medium-sized workplaces.
Now in its ninth year, the competition is divided into two categories, small (50-250 employees) and medium (251-999 employees). DunnhumbyUSA placed 9th in the Great Place to Work program in 2011.
DunnhumbyUSA is a joint venture of The Kroger Co. and London-based Dunnhumby, with clients including Tesco, Coca-Cola, General Mills, Kimberly-Clark, Macy’s, PepsiCo and Procter & Gamble. At DunnhumbyUSA, all employees are given the day off for their birthday. In addition to five weeks of paid vacation, after two full years of service, employees gain an additional day off for every year worked. Employees are also rewarded and celebrated after five, 10 and 15 years of service.
In addition to Great Place to Work, DunnhumbyUSA has been recognized five times as a Best Place to Work by The Business Courier, and named a No. 1 Workplace for a mid-sized company in Greater Cincinnati by Enquirer Media.
