    ECRM Adds Advertising Reports to its Solutions

    The reports and a new blog provide insights on retailer promotions.

    Cleveland, Ohio-based ECRM has launched a series of reports and a new blog on retail circular ads, designed to provide analysis and insights on retail promotions from major retailers including Walmart, Kroger, Walgreens, Safeway, Best Buy, OfficeMax, Aldi, and 160 additional others in the U.S. and Canada.

    Its regular Promotional Reflections reports examine holiday promotions, promotions of key product categories, and retail channels. Using data from ECRM’s Ad Comparisons database, data is analyzed to offer unique insights into how retailers advertise brands. The reports include trends, key findings, share of ads, creative strategies, top categories promoted, and retail circular comparisons.

    Recent reports have covered Halloween, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Perishable Foods. Throughout 2011 ECRM will release reports on topics relating to holiday shopping, pet supplies, health and beauty, Super Bowl, back-to-school, and more throughout 2011.
