Eva Langoria Parker to Star in HEB Super Bowl Commercial
SAN ANTONIO -- Actress Eva Longoria Parker will reportedly star as a "femme fatale" with a killer dinner party to plan in a new TV ad from H.E. Butt Grocery Co. here, slated to begin running during the Super Bowl.
Longoria Parker is a native Texan who said she "grew up with HEB" and still shops there when she visits her home state.
The 60-minute spot, meant to promote the chain's newer HEB Plus format, is scheduled to run throughout the year.
Longoria Parker is reportedly donating the money she earned while making the commercial to her nonprofit foundation, "Eva's Heroes."
Last year during the Super Bowl HEB ran a 60-second spot featuring former Dallas Cowboy and National Football League Hall-of-Famer Emmitt Smith.
