Festival Foods to Enhance Facility Ops with New Solution

Skogen’s Festival Foods has deployed an enterprise asset management solution to optimize and reduce the costs of its facility operations.

The grocer is using the Connected Facility platform from Verisae and is already seeing results. “We have been using Verisae for three months and are immediately starting to see the benefits of the system,” said Steve Burkhardt, Skogen’s director of operations. “Festival is excited to move forward and control our costs and make better decisions with the help of Verisae.”

To cover the service and maintenance at their 17 locations, Skogen’s Festival Foods employs a team of three maintenance professionals, part-time maintenance workers at each store and a network of external vendors. They chose Verisae to streamline service management in their complex stores and cut costs from their maintenance budget.

With Verisae, Festival Foods will aggregate and analyze data on the entire lifecycle of the company's assets, including work order dispatch and tracking, remote monitoring of asset efficiency, warranty tracking, electronic invoicing and management of both in-house and third-party service contractors.

Skogen's Festival Foods is a family-owned company operating 17 full-service, state-of-the-art supermarkets throughout Wisconsin.
