Fortun, the Kirkland, Wash.-based founder of Stockpot Soups and Fortun Foods, has now launched a new line of products, Fortun’s Finishing Touch Sauces, which transform casual home cooking into restaurant-quality meals. Encompassing the cuisines of the southern United States, the Mediterranean, India, Russia, Asia, France and Spain, the 12 easy-to-use sauce varieties (just heat to a simmer and pour over cooked meat, fish, poultry or pasta) include Four Pepper, Marsala & Mushroom, Mulligatawny Curry, and Spicy Mustard with Brandy.
