Fresh & Easy Up Ante with another 3 in Vegas
Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market yesterday opened three more stores in Las Vegas, bringing the grocer's store count to 19 in the market. The company also said it will open another half dozen stores in the area throughout the month of October.
The stores that opened today are at Desert Inn & Pecos McLeod; Lake Mead & Hollywood; and Charleston & Sloan.
"Las Vegas has been an ideal market for Fresh & Easy, with our fresh, high quality and affordable prepared meals being particularly popular," said Tim Mason, Fresh & Easy's c.e.o. "We look forward to bringing Fresh & Easy to even more neighborhoods throughout the area."
The six stores opening next month in Clark County will be at: Eastern & Fremont, Las Vegas & Pecos, and Las Vegas & Lake Mead, all opening the 8th; Vegas & Buffalo, opening Oct. 15th; and Eastern & Wigwam and Vegas & Jones, opening Oct. 29th.
The company currently has 87 roughly 10,000-square-foot stores in California, Arizona, and Nevada.
