The Produce Marketing Association (PMA) will focus on global connections, science & technology, industry talent and issues leadership as part of its 2014-2018 strategic plan, as laid out at this year’s PMA Fresh Summit, held Oct. 18-20 in New Orleans, La.
More than 18,000 members from the global fresh produce and floral industry took part in the event, which was capped by networking, innovation-focused general sessions, educational workshops and two days of a bustling expo floor.
