Sourced from the central California coast and bursting with such nutrients as calcium, phosphorus, iron, protein, potassium, omega-3 and coenzyme Q10, the cleaned and scaled sardines come in four varieties: Wild Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Wild Sardines in Spring Water, Wild Sardines in Marinara Sauce and Wild Sardines in Oil with Lemon. The company’s boneless, skinless salmon steaks, prepared from fish hand-caught using sustainable fishing techniques in an MSC-certified fishery, are a good source of lean protein and omega-3.
