    Going Without Gluten

Barbara’s Bakery, which resides under the Weetabix North America company umbrella, has long been dedicated to restoring puffins to the Gulf of Maine, as reflected in its Puffins cereals and contributions to the National Audubon Society’s Project Puffin.

Barbara’s Bakery, which resides under the Weetabix North America company umbrella, has long been dedicated to restoring puffins to the Gulf of Maine, as reflected in its Puffins cereals and contributions to the National Audubon Society’s Project Puffin. To help the cause, the Petaluma, Calif.-based company is bowing a new addition to the Puffins family of cereals: Multigrain Puffins. The new product is gluten-free and made of whole oats, brown rice and corn, as well as Nutra-Flora, a vital prebiotic, and contains 8 grams of whole grains per serving. A 10-ounce box retails for a suggested $3.99 to $4.29. To find out more, visit www.BarbarasBakery.com.
