Greeting Card Company Ups Online Profile

Papyrus-Recycled Greetings has introduced a revamped website, along with a Facebook page and Twitter account to engage with consumers, retailers and prospective artists while also conveying what makes the Chicago-based company’s Papyrus and Recycled Paper Greetings brands so special.

Featuring the brands’ products and artists, the site takes visitors “behind the card” to see how the cards are made. Among the special sections are information on specific artists and the various trends and techniques that inspire designs across the product lines. Additionally, artists interested in possible free-lance opportunities with Papyrus or Recycled Paper Greetings can submit their own work for review.

Papyrus-Recycled Greetings’ new social media platform will give fans the opportunity to connect one-on-one with both brands while learning more about items they can buy at retail. As well as greeting cards, the company offers a variety of gift bags, gift wrappings and accessories.

“Launching this new website and social media effort is an exciting way for us to present what makes Papyrus-Recycled Greetings so unique,” noted the company's president, Sue Buchta. “The site features interesting content as well as convenient tools to help visitors learn more about our brands, while the Facebook page and Twitter account give consumers an opportunity to interact with us so we can learn even more about what they are looking for in the card aisle.”
