    With cookout season well and truly underway, premier veal and lamb purveyor Catelli Brothers, Inc. has introduced five new burger varieties. Featuring the highest-quality USDA meats and available fresh in the meat case in a MAP burger tray for maximum shelf life, the items come in the following varieties: all-natural fresh American USDA choice Veal Burgers; all-natural fresh American USDA choice Lamb Burgers; Meatloaf Burgers custom blended from fresh ground beef, pork and veal; 85 percent lean, 15 percent fat Gourmet Angus Beef Burgers; and 80 percent lean, 20 percent fat Gourmet Beef Burgers.
