The Grocery Game Debuts Local Freebie Finder Widget

The Grocery Game, which bills itself as the largest grocery savings website in the world, has launched its latest widget for blogs and websites looking to engage visitors and boost traffic with up-to-date information on where local free groceries can be purchased.

Capable of being placed on nearly any blog or website, the all-new widget will keep visitors up to speed on local freebies and grocery savings by listing free items at area grocery and drug stores. It automatically displays free items in the blog/website owner's default ZIP code when visitors first load the page, but they can change the ZIP code to find deals in their own areas.

“Blogs and websites are always looking for fresh content, and Internet users want the most up-to-date grocery savings information, and there's none better than free,” said Teri Gault, founder and CEO of The Grocery Game, based in Los Angeles. “There is absolutely nothing [else] like this on the Web.”

Key benefits of the Local Freebie Finder Widget include seamless integration, customization and personalization, and the ability to provide real deals in real stores instead of samples that consumers have to send away for by mail.
