Just in time for Cinco de Mayo celebrations, National Turkey Federation's (NTF) latest turkey cooking video features chef Philip Anderson, director of fresh foods at regional grocer Harris Teeter, creating a turkey quesadilla with only five ingredients.
In the video (at www.eatturkey.com), Anderson heats a tortilla and then sprinkles it with Monterey Jack cheese and pre-cooked turkey.
Chef Anderson oversees Harris Teeter's stores in eight states, ranging from North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Georgia to Tennessee, Florida, Maryland, Delaware and also the District of Columbia.
