Hass Avocado Board Unveils Nutrition Micro Site
The Hass Avocado Board (HAB) recently launched a nutrition-oriented section on its Web site dedicated entirely to educating consumers about the health benefits of Hass avocados. The goal of the HAB's new nutrition Micro site is to create awareness about the nutritional advantages of incorporating Hass avocados into consumers’ diets.
“I think the HAB has a responsibility as an industry leader to inform consumers about the nutritional benefits of avocados,” said Jose Luis Obregon, HAB’s managing director. “I’m so pleased that we now have a resource that provides consumers with Hass avocado nutritional information and recipes that offer easy ways to incorporate the fruit into a healthy lifestyle.
