In an effort to spotlight its commitment to quality, taste and craftsmanship, the Hillshire Farm brand has debuted a new advertisement, themed “Greatness is in the Details,” crafted by Young and Rubicam New York. The ad marks the first step in a new direction by Hillshire Farm to celebrate its farmhouse values while offering contemporary mealtime solutions. The spot debuted nationally on Sept. 17.
“The Hillshire Farm brand has been built on the trust and loyalty of generations of consumers who know that they can count on the Hillshire Farm brand to deliver great tasting, high quality lunchmeats,” said Reggie Moore, VP of marketing for the Downers Grove, Ill.-based Hillshire Farm brand. “With this ad, we are shining a spotlight on the attention to detail and the focus on the craftsmanship that has served our brand for over 75 years.”
The 30-second commercial, titled “Timer,” reveals how the Hillshire Farm brand slow-roasts its turkeys, and how every minute counts in creating great tasting cuts of lunchmeat that make a Hillshire Farm sandwich stand apart.
“Brands that have an authentic story to tell resonate with consumers and are the ones that succeed today," said James Caporimo, executive creative director at Y&R New York. “The Hillshire Farm brand has a great story to tell.”
The Hillshire Farm brand portfolio includes Deli Select lunchmeats, Smoked Sausage, Link Sausage, and Lit’l Smokies cocktail links.
